Silver Alert Issued for Man Last Seen Leaving Machias Hospital

Police have issued a Silver Alert for a 76-year-old man, who disappeared after leaving a Machias hospital.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help locating Daniel F. Beauregard of Addison. Mr. Beauregard was last seen leaving Down East Community Hospital in Machias on September 8th, at approximately 6:30 p.m. He's described as a white man, 5'6" tall, 209 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. Officials say he has undocumented mental faculty issues. When he was last seen, Beauregard was driving a 2014 red Ford Focus, with Maine license plate 7893A2.

Anyone with information about Mr. Beauregard's whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the Washington County Regional Communications Center at 207-255-8308.
