Shipyard Brand Manager Briar Bouthot said the August-through-October pumpkin beer season is the company’s busiest time of year.
Making an August 1st release necessary, despite some customers feeling it arrives too early. Bouthot said the newest addition to the Pumpkinhead lineup took years to develop because the brewery wanted it to taste as close to the original as possible.
