Roadway courtesy is certainly lacking here in the United States. Think about how many times you've allowed someone to enter your lane or pull in front of you, and they don't even acknowledge your humble gesture with a wave or quick honk of the horn. I've been driving the roadways for almost 40 years now, and I do remember a time when courtesy was much more commonplace. And although courtesy seems to be dwindling with each passing year in America, some countries haven't lost the importance of just being nice and gracious.

Watch how Japanese drivers take a moment to thank you for your small roadway consideration.
