A case of road rage in Lamoine resulted in a man allegedly firing shots at another vehicle.

Dimitry Dubrovsky, 27, of Bar Harbor faces charges of aggravated reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon in connection with the Tuesday incident.

Hancock County Sheriff's Lieutenant Tim Cote responded to a report of shots fired near 331 Douglas Highway in Lamoine at about 4 a.m.

After an investigation into the incident, police determined that the situation developed from a case of road rage involving four males in two separate vehicles. The details of the encounter have not been released, but the result was a man getting out of his vehicle and allegedly firing four rounds from his handgun, striking the front passenger side tire of the other vehicle.
