Riley Green Performs 'Worst Way' at the American Music Awards

The Alabama singer gave fans a preview of his upcoming Maine Savings Amphitheater concert on the American Music Awards stage.

The 52nd American Music Awards aired live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th, on CBS and Paramount+.

The show, hosted by Queen Latifah, featured awards, special moments, and performances, including Riley Green making his American Music Awards performance debut with “Worst Way.”

In addition to performing at the show, Green also introduced Keith Urban before Urban’s performance of “Summer Breeze.”

Green was also nominated for best male country artist, a category won by Morgan Wallen.

Scheduled to bring his ‘Cowboy As It Gets Tour’ to arenas and amphitheaters across the country in 2026, Green will make a stop in Bangor this summer.

The tour includes a night at the Maine Savings Amphitheater on August 15th, with special guests Justin Moore, Zach John King, and Hannah McFarland.
