
Maine State Police Say Missing Rangeley Man is Found Safe
A Silver Alert has canceled for a Missing Rangeley man with developmental disabilities who's been safely located.
Missing Rangeley Man Was Last Seen in Oquossoc, Maine
Brian Shorey, 62, of Rangeley, was last seen on Monday, July 7, 2025, at approximately 1:00 in the afternoon. He was walking toward Koob's Garage, which is located at 88 Carry Road in Oquossoc.
Missing Rangeley, Maine Man Has a Developmental Disability
Maine State Police say Mr Shorey has a developmental disability. He's a white male, 6'1" tall, 250 pounds, with blue eyes, brown hair, and a moustache. Shorey was last seen wearing green pants, a red checkered shirt, grey sneakers, and glasses.

Police say Mr. Shorey has been safely located and the Silver Alert canceled.
