State police on Friday said a complaint about a suspicious vehicle parked on the South Levant road was unfounded.

Police received a complaint at about 4:30 p.m. on Thursday about a dark-colored SUV that had stopped to talk with a juvenile on South Levant Road. A white van also was in the area, according to the report.

Police were able to identify the people involved and an investigation concluded there was no criminal conduct involved and no threat to the public.
