Police Academy Graduation Tomorrow

56 of Maine’s newest police officers will graduate from the Maine Criminal Justice Academy in Vassalboro at 10 AM Friday morning. 

Many of the new officers will begin patrolling immediately, just in time for Christmas week and New Year’s Eve when traffic is heavier and more infractions occur. The new officers come from the local, county and state ranks. They've spent 18 weeks at the academy studying and training.
