Old Crow Medicine Show is returning to Maine this spring.

Rock me mama like a wagon wheel, Old Crow Medicine Show is coming back to Maine. Their newly announced Paint This Town Tour 2022 will make a stop at the State Theatre in Portland. The show is set for May 7. Tickets go on-sale Friday, March 4.

The show makes good on the band's numerous attempts to perform in Portland. Their Portland shows were rescheduled and postponed many times throughout COVID-19 pandemic. Ultimately the shows were pushed down the calendar to July 10, 2021, but the show never happened.

All tickets to the previously scheduled 7-3-2020 and 7-10-2021 dates will be honored at the new date.

The band has gone through several lineup changes over the past year. Most recently, the group's vocalist and co-founding member, Christopher “Critter” Fuqua, left the band. Fuqua departed after the band's annual New Year's Eve show in Nashville, according to Rolling Stone. This is the second time the singer has left the group.

Old Crow Medicine Show was last in Maine back in 2018 for a free show at L.L. Bean.
