New Hampshire Concert Venue Nominated For CMA Touring Award

A New England venue has a shot at a big music industry honor.

Once again, a New Hampshire concert venue has been nominated for a big award in country music. The Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion has been nominated for a CMA Touring Award. The venue in Gilford, New Hampshire was nominated for Venue of the Year.

Other venues vying for the honor this year include:

• Ascend Amphitheater – Nashville, TN
• Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion – Gilford, NH
• Bridgestone Arena – Nashville, TN
• Red Rocks Amphitheatre – Morrison, CO
• Ryman Auditorium – Nashville, TN

This certainly isn't the first time the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion has been tapped as a nominee for the honor. The venue was nominated as Venue of the Year in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Similarly, the pavilion was nominated numerous times for an ACM Industry Award -Outdoor Venue of the Year. The venue has been a nominee for the honor in 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.

The 2022 CMA Touring Awards are set for January 30, at Marathon Music Works in Nashville.

Similarly, Bangor's Maine Savings Amphitheater (then named Darling's Waterfront Pavilion) was twice nominated for an award in 2014 and 2016. The venue was twice nominated for an ACM Award for Large Capacity Venue of the Year.
