Long-Lost WWII Love Letters Found in Attic During Renovation
Many of us know what it's like to rediscover something that has been out sight and reach for a very long time, whether it be a gift, toy, drawing, or maybe even a letter. It just touches your heart. Well, you can imagine what it must have been like for a woman when love letters were recovered written by a grandfather she never got a chance to know.
A Michigan man decided to replace some insulation in his attic. While pulling up the old insulation, a stack of love letters and other documents fell out. It took a little social and local media work, but they were able to find the family they belonged to.
