Jon Langston is making a tour stop just shy of Maine.

Jon Langston is returning to the 603. The "Beers Got Drank" singer is hitting the road on a summer tour, which makes a stop in New Hampshire. The show is set for August 13, at the Granite State Music Hall in Laconia. Tickets are on-sale now.

Last time Langston was in Laconia, beers indeed got drank, and it was allegedly against the law. The gig was at the Whiskey Barrel, where the venue had a sign warning artists not to drink alcohol on stage.

The sign read "PER NH STATE LAW NO ALCOHOL ON STAGE AT ANY TIME! $1,000 FINE. Artist performance may be stopped." The problem with this? New Hampshire no longer has a law that bans alcohol consumption by entertainers.

As on August 2018, lawmakers passed a bill that allows "entertainers and dancers in establishments that serve alcoholic beverages to drink while performing," according to Boston.com.

It's unknown if Langston paid up.
