The doors open today at 10 a.m.

Jersey’s Mike is at 479 Stillwater Avenue, and is the 3rd location in Maine for the business based in New Jersey. The others are in Windham and in Brunswick.

Today will also be a special day for William S. Cohen Middle School located in Bangor. All sales at Jersey Mike’s today will be donated to the school.

The owner of this Jersey Mike’s, Austin Whetsel told WABI TV

Want to announce TO Bangor that we’re here, and that we’re part of the community, and that we believe in the community mindset.

Not only are we going to donate opening day sales for all sales, but we’ll double it. So if we sell $10,000 worth of submarine sandwiches, we’ll donate $20,000 to William S Cohen

Opening day is always exciting. This will be a memorable one too with a special meaning to Cohen School.
