Two People who Fought with Trooper Arrested in Maine
Four people were arrested for Aggravated Drug Trafficking after police identified two people involved in a fight with Maine State Police Troopers in August.
Three Men and One Woman Arrested
The arrests were made following a traffic stop on Route 201 in Fairfield around 11:58 pm Saturday night.
Wanted for Fighting with Troopers
Maine State Police said the Trooper recognized 35-year-old Daniel Pallis from Dresden and 30-year-old Maria Jackson from Richmond “as individuals who fought with a Maine State Trooper in Augusta on August 10, 2024, as the Trooper was attempting to arrest Jackson as a result of a drug investigation.”
Four People Face Multiple Charges
- 35-year-old Daniel Pallis from Dresden was charged with Aggravated Drug Trafficking and two counts of Violating Conditions of Release.
- 30-year-old Maria Jackson from Richmond faces charges for Aggravated Drug Trafficking, an arrest warrant for Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention and Violating Conditions of Release.
- 35-year-old Paul Duplin from Whitefield was charged with Aggravated Drug Trafficking, Violating Conditions of Release, and Unlawful Drug Possession (MDMA).
- 38-year-old David Levasseur from Lisbon has been charged with Aggravated Drug Trafficking and Trafficking in Prison Contraband.
