Morgan Wallen loves to fish, so you probably can guess what he hoped to take on the road when he hit the big time.

Morgan Wallen is on top of the country music world. His Dangerous Tour last year was hugely successful, with the entire tour selling out. This summer is proving to be another massive trek, with most dates already sold-out. The One Night At A Time World Tour kicks off in April, with the closest stops to Maine being Fenway Park in Boston. The three-night run of shows, August 16, 17, and 18, are completely sold-out.

Back in 2019, Morgan was hitting the road as an opening act for Florida Georgia Line on their Can't Say I Ain't Country summer tour. We chatted with Morgan, who back then, was just breaking out as a rising star in county. At the time "Whiskey Glasses" was hitting No. 1 on country radio; his second of many more chart toppers.

During an exclusive interview with Wallen, we talked fishing, as the country star is an avid angler. He said something he wants to do as a headliner is take a boat out on the road. "I know some other singers that pull, like, little cars behind them in their trailers," said Wallen. "I'd rather bring a boat if I was going to bring anything." When is comes to keeping up with his hobby on the road, he said he's got plenty of gear to wet a line wherever he goes.

Now as a headliner, has his dream come true? We certainly hope so.

15 Must-Have Items For Ice Fishing Season In Maine

Ice fishing is an excellent way to embrace the cold winter months in Maine. It will get you outdoors for some fresh air, it's family friendly, and a successful day could yield a tasty dinner. If you're new to the sport, we put together a list of gear you'll need for a fun, comfortable, and successful day on the ice. Some of these items are more essential than others. Some gear may not be essential at all, depending on how you plan to fish. Again, the items we listed are geared towards those who are new to ice fishing.

Before we get to the list, remember to dress appropriately for the cold weather. We didn't put warm outerwear on the list, but it's definitely a must-have. Dressing in layers is important to ensure you're warm enough throughout the day on the ice. If you start getting too warm, you can simply take a layer off. Hand warmers are also worth packing.
