Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 26th, because from 11 AM to 3 PM, Williams Park on Newbury St. will transform into the ultimate arena of friendly competition and mouthwatering munchies.

The Health Equity Alliance is hosting the “Hoops for Hope” Pick-Up Basketball Tournament & BBQ, and they've got a game plan that's as simple as a layup. All you need is a team of four, five bucks, and a team name. Talk about a winning formula, right?

If you're hyped up and ready to roll, you can shoot your shot and register your team right here. It's as easy as nailing a free throw (unless you’re Shaq).

But wait, there's more! The Health Equity Alliance isn’t just playing for the love of the game – they're dribbling with purpose. The tournament aims to score big for their Harm Reduction team, raising funds to grab some essential overdose prevention supplies, like naloxone. 

You can even throw in a direct donation for the purchase of naloxone. It's like adding a no-look, behind-the-back pass to your charitable game plan.
