Gardiner Shooting Victim Dies, Suspect Charged with Murder
A Gardiner man, accused of shooting and stabbing two men, is now charged with murder after the shooting victim died of his wounds.
Public Safety spokesman Steve McCausland says 22-year-old Jordan Johnson died Tuesday at Maine Medical Center in Portland, where he was taken after an incident Saturday morning, in which he was shot and another man was stabbed. The second victim remains hospitalized.
Dylan Ketcham of Gardiner is now charged with murder. He was found shortly after the attacks, hiding in the foundation of an abandoned building less than a mile away.
