She’s 26 now,  but when she was 13 she started playing in honkytonks and her Dad went with her to the gigs.  At 16, she got a fake I.D. so Dad could stay home.  While the rest of us were struggling with High School she was working on getting her career going.

She grew up inspired by the women of country music, and told Taste of Country dot com that her parents never had a moment of silence again after she got a Shania Twain karaoke machine.

Her debut album, If It Wasn’t for You, features a Reba McEntire duet called Redhead. The album was released last August in the middle of the pandemic.

She co-wrote and co-produced all of the 13 songs.
