Fox Renews Patrick Dempsey Drama for Season 2

The Lewiston-born actor’s latest show has been greenlit by the network for a second season.

Fox has renewed Patrick Dempsey’s first-year drama ‘Memory of a Killer’ for a second season, set to air during the 2026–27 TV season.

The news comes following the show’s season finale, which aired on April 6th, 2026, on Fox.

Michael Thorn, President of Fox Television Network, praised ‘Memory of a Killer’ as a standout series, highlighting Dempsey’s powerful performance.

Thorn also credited showrunners Aaron Zelman and Glenn Kessler, along with Warner Bros. Television.

He credited them with delivering a sharp, emotional, character-driven thriller that has resonated with viewers and, he said, earned a second season.

And there you have it! Patrick Dempsey’s new show, ‘Memory of a Killer,’ has been renewed by Fox for a second season.
