The voice actor who plays Gene Belcher on the animated show Bob’s Burgers, was injured after what’s being called a ‘fiery crash’ at a New Hampshire toll plaza Tuesday, officials said.
Mirman, 51, was taken to a hospital following the crash around 11:55 a.m. at the Bedford Toll Plaza on the Everett Turnpike, according to a statement from New Hampshire State Police.

The 2026 Lucid Gravity, owned by Mirman, caught fire after the crash, with witnesses reporting that someone was trapped inside the vehicle, according to police.
A state trooper assigned to Governor Kelly Ayotte’s security detail pulled Mirman from the car, and video of the aftermath—showing flames coming from the front of the vehicle at the toll booth—was later shared online by Ayotte along with a message of thanks.
Ayotte praised a state trooper and bystanders for saving a life at the scene of the crash, calling it “an example of the great work first responders do each day.”
Mirman is recovering, according to his publicist, who said he is grateful to those who helped save him, while the crash remains under investigation and no charges have been filed.

And there you have it! The voice actor from the Emmy Award-winning animated show was involved in a crash on Tuesday but is recovering.
