Bill Engvall on Dancing With the Stars – His Fans Must Love Him [VIDEO]

Don't get me wrong. I love Bill Engvall! I think he's an incredibly funny comedian. He's taken the dorky every-man and made him cool! Plus, after meeting him in person in Houlton years ago, I can honestly say that he's one of the nicest, most down-to-Earth celebrities I've ever met. But with all that being said, I don't quite understand why he's still on 'Dancing With the Stars' when other celebrities have been sent home. His fans must love him!

It's not that Bill has done a BAD job...exactly. He's done better, I'm sure, than I would do! But he's very robotic. His movements are jerky. And he's always mugging for the camera. And this week was no exception.

Bill and his partner Emma Slater perform a creative version of the Charleston. Their dances are always creative because Bill does a better job when he's playing a character. But his Charleston is jerky and severe. At one point I honestly thought he was going to head butt his partner!

On this week's show, Bill was once again saved from elimination, despite a score of 21 out of 30. And former 'Saved By The Bell' actress Elizabeth Berkley was sent home, despite a powerful performance the week before with her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy

Like I said, Bill's fans must really love him and be voting like crazy. Which...hey.....good for him! And my greatest respect for the fact that he's doing this at his age! So, as a fan, I guess I'll jump on the bandwagon and say, "GO, BILL!!"
