Every once in a great while I buy something that I'm not happy with, so I return it. Sometimes I'll take it back to the store and get my money back, or if I've bought it online I'll drop it back in the mail. Either way, I always try to make sure there are no restocking fees. But it is rare that I return something. Well apparently retailers are getting a little fed up with people they refer to as 'chronic returners.'

For instance, chronic returners are those that buy a few sizes of a particular product, let's say pants, and then keep the size they want and send the rest back. The problem is that it's costing retailers a 'pant-load' of money, and now they're doing something about it.
