If you love the '90s at Nine on the radio, check back here often for videos of some of your favorite '90s songs! Today, we're featuring the Clint Black song 'A Good Run of Bad Luck' and the video that shows highlights from one of my favorite movies, 'Maverick!'

A lot of country stars had guest spots in the James Garner/Mel Gibson/Jodie Foster hit movie of 1994. Clint Black, Waylon Jennings, Kathy Mattea, Hal Ketchum, Carlene Carter, and more all had cameos in the film. Clint played a gambler who ends up getting thrown from the riverboat!

Unlike most country music stars, Clint is not originally from the south. He was, however, raised in the south. Born in Long Branch, New Jersey, Clint moved with his family to Texas before he was a year old. He taught himself to play the harmonica at the age of 13 and wrote his first song at 14. Even at that age, Clint's parents noticed that he had a remarkable voice. I'd have to agree!
