Deputies in Penobscot County arrested a pair of suspects after a burglary at the Levant Corner Store on Route 222 Tuesday night.

The Sheriff's Office said in a press release on Wednesday that the store's alarm went off around 11:30 p.m. When deputies and the owner of the store arrived, it was determined that a forced entry burglary had taken place and several items had been stolen.

Deputies say their investigation, which included the use of surveillance video, led them to Tammi Passley, 47, and Philip Vicnaire, 23, both of Bangor.

Passley and Vicnaire were taken into custody and will be arraigned at the Penobscot Judicial Center on Thursday.
