New details have emerged from Taylor Swift's countersuit against a Denver radio DJ who she alleges inappropriately grabbed her during a meet-and-greet at Denver's Pepsi Center in 2013.

A just-released transcript from her July 26 deposition finds Swift calling the incident "completely intentional" and saying that it made her feel “violated in a way I had never experienced before.”

“Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my a-- cheek, and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there,” she says in her deposition. “It was not an accident, it was completely intentional, and I have never been so sure of anything in my life.”

David Mueller is the DJ in question, and he filed a lawsuit against Swift first, arguing that he lost his job after he was accused of assaulting the singer. In her response, the pop-country superstar admits that she "was completely stunned" at the violation.

“I remember saying how a meet-and-greet is supposed to be a situation where you’re thanking people for coming, you’re supposed to be welcoming people into your home, which is the arena for that day, and for someone to violate that hospitality in that way, I was completely stunned,” she explains.

While the investigation is ongoing, on Friday (Oct. 21), a judge agreed to meet Swift's request to seal a photo from the 2013 meet-and-greet which she says supports her claims against Mueller. As a result, the photo will remain unavailable until the case goes to trial.
