For the past several weeks, Taylor Swift has been in the midst of a huge promotional tour for her most recent album. We've seen Ms. Swift grace the cameras for nearly every talk show and late-night show this fall -- and it looks like it has paid off. The 'Red' hitmaker was crowned Best Female Artist at MTV's European Music Awards on Sunday night.

Heidi Klum hosted the awards show, where pop princess Lana Del Ray presented the award for Best Female Artist. Swift walked on stage clad in her smashing white and silver gown. A far cry from the all black or red outfits we've seen the singer wear lately, Swift's sparkly gown had two cut-out diamonds on each side to show off her slender figure.

“Hi Frankfurt! This is my very first EMA. I’m so excited, thank you so much to the fans that voted,” Swift said with the award in her hands. “This is unreal, and I wanna thank MTV for everything and all the fans who voted. This was our first time touring Europe this year. Thank you for giving me one more reason to come back and see you. Thank you so much.”

The country songbird was up for five MTV EMAs, and she ended up taking home three. In addition to Best Female Artist, the 'Begin Again' hitmaker battled the competition for the Best Look and Best Live awards.

Looks like Swift's fans across the pond are excited about the country crossover star's new music, too. Congratulations to Taylor for another great night at an awards show!
