Oh The People You’ll Meet

I love it when I learn something I didn't know. I'll admit, I'm new here. Not so new that I don't know who Bangor Police Sergeant Tim Cotton is. He's famous across the country, and the world probably, for his most creative Facebook page. And we brought him into the Q106.5 Morning Show to interview him and talk about his award for that Facebook creativity. Also to talk about fundraising for The Q106.5 Egg Ride.

But as soon as we started chatting, before the mics were on, he told me about his past life as a radio deejay. I'm betting most know it, but I sure didn't, not knowing the history of radio here. Here's hoping when his great work as a police officer ends, he considers coming back to radio. We need as many creative types as possible. And Tim Cotton proves he's very creative. Congrats on your prestigious award!
