Neighbor from ‘H-E Double Hockey Sticks’ Accused of Terrorizing

I haven't moved around a lot, but I have lived in a few different places. And in each place there was always at least one difficult neighbor to deal with. Why some people have to be so mean and disrespectful is beyond me.

However, I've never had to deal with the likes of one man in a Miami neighborhood who is being charged with criminal mischief and stalking, after allegedly destroying the personal property of his neighbors in many different ways.

There's even video to prove it, yet the defendant denies it!
