Isn't It Early for Motorcycles On the Road?
The recent stretch of warmer temperatures and melting snow and ice have prompted motorcycle riders to take to the roads a little earlier than usual this year. Drivers are cautioned to watch for motorcycles, especially at intersections, and to never ride too close to the back of a bike.
Motorcyclists should also use caution, as drivers are not expecting to see them this early in the year. They should always make sure a vehicle's driver can see them and wear proper protective gear to minimize injuries.
