I don't like litter bugs. It drives me nuts when someone treats the parking lots, roadways, and even my property like their own dumping ground for refuse with no consideration for others. Well one guy in Russia has everyone talking. He's kind of like a litter bug vigilante on a motorcycle who won't think twice about picking up trash you've thrown on the ground and throwing right back at you.
