MAKE-A-WISH MAINE BENEFIT: Ring Family Farm Day 2015 will be held rain or shine from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, at 1833 Hill Road in Canaan. A $20 donation per family includes lunch from Riverfront BBQ, wagon rides, pumpkin carving, CHIP Program, yard sale, bake sale, children’s games, petting zoo, live music, chainsaw carving, blacksmith demonstration and Maine Operation Game Thief will have their “Wall of Shame” education trailer available. Pumpkins will be for sale for $2; one free bundle of corn stalks per family with each additional bundle only $2. All proceeds go to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Maine.
