It seems as though Eric Church has started a new country music fashion trend, with many of the CMA Music Festival concert-goers wearing a pair of the singer's signature aviator glasses during his set. Decked out in a pair of shades of his own, Church gave his legion of loyal fans a performance of 'Springsteen' during tonight's 'Country's Night to Rock' prime time special.
'The Voice' celebrity mentor Blake Shelton split his time between his weekly prime time gig to appear on tonight's 'CMA Music Festival: Country's Night to Rock' special on ABC, returning to the stage for a second time in one evening to perform his No. 1 single 'Drink on It.'
Kix Brooks have may performed 'New to This Town' during tonight's 'CMA Music Festival: Country's Night to Rock,' but it's clear that the former Brooks & Dunn member is far from a novice when it comes to entertaining a Music City crowd.

Country's own superstar Keith Urban has been officially confirmed as one of the judges for the upcoming 12th season of the hit Fox reality singing competition 'American Idol.'
Soon, the Eli Young Band's tour bus will need an extra bunk -- be it a tiny one. Bassist Jon Jones announced that his wife Sarah is expecting the couple's first child, a baby boy, due on Dec. 23. That makes two babies in 2012 for the ACM Award-winning group, as singer Mike Eli welcomed his first baby in July.
