Candy Corn? Peanut Butter Cups? Starburst? What’s Maine’s Favorite Halloween Candy?

How can we be so different in America? Candy Corn is the most popular Halloween candy this year across the country according to a new survey on Mashable.

It's #1 in 5 states.  Peanut Butter Cups got the most votes overall.  But state to state, the #1 candy couldn't be more diverse. Starburst is #1 in Maine.

I've lived in Florida, Nestle Crunch is #1 there. Snickers win in Illinois. M&M's in Michigan. Laffy Taffy #1 in Wisconsin. I'm not sure I've even heard of that candy.
