Calgary’s Worst Driver Has Been Revealed [VIDEO]

I think we've all seen some pretty terrible drivers from time to time, and every town, city, state, and country has them. I do have to say though that there are few that could be worse than the person in a snowy parking lot in Calgary, Canada.

By the looks of the video it really is hard to tell if it's a man or woman driving the car, or if the person is younger or older. One thing for certain, someone must have paid off the driving instructor to get their license.
