I've been to a few big cities in my days of traveling, and many a time I've been tempted to take a Pedicab (Rickshaw) just for the heck of it. But when I read the story of a family that was charged $442 for a Pedicab ride in NYC, I've pretty much decided that I'm better off investing in high quality walking shoes.

New York City officials caught wind of the overinflated fare, and decided to kick some Pedicab 'rear ends' by regulating the business. Now only if they could do the same with a number of other 'touristie' things in the Big Apple. I hate it when everyone seems to have their hand out when they see me coming. Maybe I should wear a T-shirt that reads, 'I Work In Radio, Donations Accepted.'
