I don't know about you, but to me it has been a terrible year for movie dramas, or movies in general. C'mon, if another Marvel superhero movie comes out I'm gonna rip the hair outta my head. And if I see another Pixar flick it'll be too soon? I've had it! Give us substance movie companies! Give us a movie that we can talk about for weeks to come!

Now normally I don't get too excited about upcoming movies, but when I saw the movie trailer of 'Trouble with the Curve,' starring two of my favorite actors, Clint Eastwood and Amy Adams, I started counting the days and checking the movie schedule at the Bangor Mall Cinemas. And the bonus is that the movie also deals with my favorite sport: baseball!

The storyline seems pretty straight forward: The cantankerous and gruff Gus, played by Eastwood, is a baseball scout in his twilight years. With eyesight failing and retirement on the horizon, his estranged daughter, Mickey, played by Adams, leaves her legal job and goes on a scouting trip to help him.

Justin Timberlake and John Goodman rounds out an already great cast. The trailer is worth checking out.

BTW, the release date is September 21.

Go ahead and leave your comments.
