Winter Weather Headed To Bangor, Down East Maine [UPDATE]
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory in advance of a storm expected to bring snow, sleet and freezing rain to the Bangor area and interior Down East Maine.
The storm is expected to bring less than one inch of snow to the Bangor area. Higher accumulations are expected to the north and west of Bangor.
The advisory will be in effect from 2 p.m. Tuesday to 10 a.m. Wednesday.
The National Weather Service is warning of the possibility of slippery roads and isolated power outages.
