
Missing Windsor Maine Woman Found Safe
A Silver Alert has been canceled after a missing 28-year-old Windsor woman and her dog were safely located.
Windsor Woman's Grandmother Realized She Was Missing on Monday Morning
Brandy Foster, 28, of Windsor, has neurodevelopmental disorders. She was reported missing on Sunday.
Maine Department of Public Safety Spokesperson Shannon Moss says Ms. Foster was last seen at approximately 11 p.m. on Sunday at her home on Sunset Terrace in Windsor. Brandy's grandmother woke up at around 8 a.m. Monday to find Brandy and her dog, a Shih Tzu named Daisy, were not at home.
Maine Officials Say It's Unclear Whether a Missing Windsor Woman Was on Foot
Brandy is a white female, 5'6" tall, about 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. All that's known about her attire is that she was last seen wearing black pants.
UPDATE: Brandy Foster has been safely located.

Her family says she should have a red backpack that says 'PITA' with her, as well as a black wallet with a bow and sequins. The dog should be wearing a pink sweatshirt.
