Waterfront Concerts Box Office To Open July 9 For Refunds

Because of the nasty COVID-19 pandemic that set in earlier this year, numerous concerts in both Bangor and Westbrook were either postponed or cancelled entirely. Here's how to get a cash refund if you used cash to purchase your tickets at a Waterfront Concerts box office.

Ticket holders can bring them to one of the two box offices to collect a cash refund beginning tomorrow. The box offices will be open between 12 noon and 6 p.m. on the following dates:

July 9th - July 11th

July 16th - July 18th

July 23rd - July 24th

July 30th - July 31st

Additional dates may be added if warranted.

The box office at Darling's Waterfront Pavilion is located right there by the venue at 1 Railroad Street in Bangor. The Maine Savings Pavilion at Rock Row in Westbrook is located at 59 Westbrook Arterial.

Remember to bring your original tickets that you purchased. The box office is available for cash refunds only, if you purchased tickets with a credit card then your refund should have been automatically credited.

Cancelled shows include The Steve Miller Band, Nickelback, Rod Stewart, Megadeath, the Dark Star Orchestra, and The Black Keys.  Rescheduled shows include country stars Luke Bryan and Thomas Rhett, along with Primus, Brit Floyd and the Spirit of the South Tour.

So far, the Kiss show with opening act David Lee Roth at Darling's Waterfront Pavilion is still on for Thursday night, September 3.
