A walk through the dark forest of Maine just got spookier.

From 6-7PM visit the Halloween trail for young children as well as enjoy food and beverages on hand. 7:30PM is when things get scarier with spooks of all sorts lurking in the forest.

This event is on the trails behind the Reeds Brook School and they are not accessible for all as the terrain is rocky and steep in some spots.

It is mentioned on their website the trail..

MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR ALL VISITORS; SOME PEOPLE SHOULD WALK THE KID-FRIENDLY TRAIL INSTEAD.
The haunted trail event utilizes strobe lights, extremely loud noises, fog effects, realistic props, cinematic gore, power tools, uneven ground, and dim lighting. 
It is intended to be incredibly frightening. Performers are specifically trained to scare you.
