Topsham, Maine Man Arrested For Drug Trafficking And Firearms Charges

A Maine man is facing multiple charges after police seized illegal drugs and several firearms from his home.

Topsham, Maine Man Arrested After Seizure of Drugs and Guns

Peter Jellison-Bozeman, 45, of Topsham was arrested on Tuesday.

He faces the following charges:

Possession of firearms by a prohibited person
Aggravated drug trafficking
Criminal simulation

His bail was set at $1,000.

Criminal simulation is when a person makes or alters any property to make it appear to have age or authenticity, in an attempt to defraud.

Maine Police Seized 14 Firearms and Cocaine From a Topsham Man

The charges stem from an incident on March 1, 2026 on West School House Crossing Road.

Topsham Police Officers were called to the area for a reported issue, and talked with several individuals at a home.

During that conversation, the officers became aware of suspected drug activity in the home and called in agents from the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency to assist in the investigation.

A search of the home resulted in the seizure of:

Approximately 57 grams of suspected cocaine base
Approximately 7 grams of suspected cocaine
$1,500 in suspected drug proceeds
14 firearms

This case remains under investigation.
