Togus the Storm Center Cat Has Passed Away

Togus the 'Storm Center' cat on WLBZ/WCSH has passed away. For a few years now Togus was alway on the table when longtime reporter, Don Carrigan, gave his storm report from the coast. Togus really became quite the TV star in his own right.
