Thanksgiving Sides [POLL]

What's your favorite Thanksgiving side dish? I love turkey, but I also have a favorite side too. Some aren't so much on turkey, and load up their plates with side dishes. I'm partial to stuffing. It's kind of a test. If the stuffing is good, I'm betting you're a good cook.

Most popular side dishes vary by region. In New England, squash is popular, but not so much in other parts of the country. In the Southeast, most every Thanksgiving table will serve mac and cheese. Green Bean casserole is biggest in the midwest and plains. But to the point, what's your favorite side dish?
