Teen Arrested After Millinocket Stabbing

An 18-year-old is facing charges after an attack in Millinocket that left a man with stab wounds and a woman with head injuries.

Police say Hunter Cole was charged with Aggravated Assault and Assault after they responded at around 10:30 Sunday night to a report of an attack at a Prospect Street home. WABI-TV reports officers arriving at the scene found a man who had been stabbed twice and a woman who had been hit several times in the head and neck area. Both victims were treated and released from a local hospital.

The names of the victims have not been released.
