Tattooed Man Running for Presidency [VIDEO]

Some might say the ink has gone to his head, but Vladimir Franz of the Czech Republic is considered the number three candidate out of nine for the presidency in his country.

Drama professor and classical composer, Franz has no political background whatsoever. Czech citizens apparently are ready for someone who hasn't been tainted by all the corruption and bureaucracy that has plagued the government.

So what's Franz's platform? He says education, tolerance, and culture. With such a platform, he'll undoubtedly appeal to the young.

Thank goodness the Czech people can look at the heart and beyond outward appearance. We should take a lesson here in the states.
