A child is dead and a couple is charged with manufacturing methamphetamine in a bizarre case out of Washington County. Maine Public Safety Spokesman Steve McCausland says 39-year-old Alan Richardson and 30-year-old Tabitha Osnoe of Danforth were arrested Saturday after fire investigators found evidence of a "one-pot" methamphetamine lab in their home.
