State Police had their hands full Monday afternoon, chasing down an erratic driver and then dealing with secondary crashes caused by all the commotion.
Noah Campbell, from Bangor, was driving along the highway at that same time, when he noticed some things that seemed off.. He caught the incident on a car's dashcam.
