It seems more and more police departments have taken to social media to ask for the public's help in solving crimes, showing how they're working in your community, and to show the human side of police work, as we've seen in the Bangor Police Department's many amusing posts!

Every parent knows that the wait at school to pick up the kids can sometimes be a long drawn out, boring task...but not for this Dad, as a patch of ice and students coming at it made for 6 minutes of funny commentary...no students were injured in the making of this video!

It's great to see the ALS 'Ice Bucket Challenge' going so well. Hundreds of thousands of dollars continue to flow into the ALS organization with no end in letting up in the near future. It's also great to see that well-known figures in our great country are also stepping up to the plate and getting doused for the cause...
