6-month Aleah Peaslee remains in grave condition at Maine Medical Center having been admitted last month with severe injuries police say were caused by being violently shaken. Public Safety Spokesman Steve McCausland says the Kennebec County Grand Jury handed up an indictment Friday against a 21 year old Augusta man.
