Maine State Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash that occurred on Cleveland Road in St. Agatha Saturday night.

The crash involved a pickup truck that left the road and struck a utility pole shortly after 11:30 p.m., state police said in a news release Sunday afternoon.

When officers arrived, Joshua Daigle, 23, of Sinclair was found at the scene.

He told police that he was not driving the vehicle, and four others, including the driver, had fled the scene.

The Bangor Daily News reports the vehicle was registered to Daigle.

He suffered minor injuries in the crash.

The accident remains under investigation.
